It simplifies the old school project based billing system.

  • So instead of spending days to scope out projects and getting a fat quote. You just pay us a flat rate monthly subscription. You can then throw as many projects our way, but based on your subscription tier we work on 1x or 2x projects at the same time.
  • We then give you approximate timelines and push to get it done.
  • You can also queue up as many projects and prioritise them as you see fit.
  • The beauty of this subscription model is that you can then keep tweaking, changing the scope and adjusting things till the cows come home (as we know from years of experience that this is the reality of client work – especially in the website arena).
  • These are the services we specialise in, that you can choose from.)

Have up to 1x or 2x active projects in progress at the same time. Inside a project or single job you can have unlimited requests and revisions. In essence it is really just a priority system where you can queue your projects. Let us know what is priority and we work on those first.

This is a good question? How long is a piece of string… just joking! as I am sure you have heard this before 🙂

Let’s perhaps just recap what are the major moving parts that need to be done to end up with a brand spankingly new design.

  1. Sitemap and overall strategy (You or your client needs to supply this. We can give you guidance on this too if you need it.)
  2. Copy writing (You or your client needs to supply us with the final copy drafts. It can be rough and in a word doc, as long as its not a napkin then we can work with it.)
  3. Wireframe (We can take your rough drafts and put it in wireframe mockups that your clients can review with ease.)
  4. Ui final design mockups (The main event, the full Ui mockups is what we love to do.)
  5. Asset sharing (we will share the open files with your team to pick and pull what is needed.)

On a serious note: Points 1-23 is the Agencies baby and needs to be in place before we can get involved – we are happy to guide you in these area. We unfortunately don’t do copy writing and need this to be supplied to us by you. We generally then put this in a wireframe format for you and then the fun starts with client feedback, tweaks and adjustments that we eat for breakfast 🙂

So to get back to the actual question, it can range from 24 – 48 hours per screen design. It really just depends on how much is in place for us and how responsive your clients are. Things like mobile screens are a lot quicker – but also depends on the above variables.

Well if we take the above info into account. For larger more complex projects, you should be able to get 20-30 screen design done and dusted per month per active project queue. But this really just depends on how much info is ready for us and how responsive your clients are in giving feedback. We tend to have a really quick turnaround time when it comes to requests and also like to give our agency clients regular updates.

We have a clear process for managing scope creep, including regular check-ins and communication with clients to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and any changes.

Our Active Project Queue is designed to handle changes and pivots. We’ll work with you to adjust the project scope and timeline accordingly, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.

These are the services that we do not offer:

  • Sitemap and overall strategy
    • This is usually done by the client or agency – we would need at least a basic sitemap to know what goes where or minimum a page count, but this is something that needs to be approved by the client in the beginning of the project.
  • Copy writing
    • This needs to be done by the client, agency or an external copy writer – we can apply any and all changes but we do not craft or write new copy. It is best practice to complete a copy process with a client before it goes into a design phase. We will apply copy supplied by your writers to a wireframe format to show the client a more visual layout of the text – this will spark more changes and edits, but we are geared to help you facilitate this.
  • Video production
  • 3D Animation
  • Motion graphics
    • We can assist with basic gif type movement 2D type movements for icons – but for more complex movement this will require a animator that can take our graphics.
